So Long, Spelling Bee! Original Cast Gathers for Farewell Performance
And on January 20, the contest was over. After 21 previews and 1,136 regular performances, those brainy kids in William Finn and Rachel Sheinkin's Tony Award-winning 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee held their final competition this past Sunday at the Circle in the Square Theatre on Broadway.
