Some meetings feel like destiny, others just really cool and the Spring Awakening cast had both during the weekend of December 20. Filed in the “really cool” category” was international Harry Potter phenomenon Daniel Radcliffe, who at last got a chance to check out the Tony Award-winning musical after starring a few blocks away in Equus since early September. Qualifying as “destiny” was the visit by actor Rob Estes, who plays the Wilson father on 90210. Fans of Melchior, Moritz and co. won’t need to read this sentence, of course, but the series’ fall season featured its characters putting on a student production of Spring.
