Terrorism's Off-Broadway Opening

For playwriting brothers Vladimir and Oleg Presnyakov, making light of the word "terrorism" is perhaps the best way to deal with it. With successful productions around the globe, the Presnyakov brothers' riveting play Terrorism has made its way to the New York stage in a co-production with The Play Company and The New Group. Helmed by Will Frears, the play stars Adam Alexi-Malle, Alex Draper, Laura Esterman, Anna George, Daniel Oreskes, Elizabeth Marvel, Lola Pashalinski and R.E. Rodgers. It tells the darkly comic tale of a group of paranoid people, living everyday life on edge, fearing the worst at all times. We caught up with the company as they celebrated their opening night at the Russian Samovar (fittingly) on May 23.
