The Philanthropist’s Steven Weber Wins Over NYC's Toughest Critics at Sardi’s

He’s starred on television (Wings, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Brothers and Sisters), hit the silver screen in flicks like Leaving Las Vegas and is currently co-starring opposite Matthew Broderick in the Broadway revival of The Philanthropist, but now there’s yet another place you can see Steven Weber’s familiar face: Sardi’s. The actor (and Broadway.com First Person columnist) joined the ranks of generations of talent before him on June 23, toting along the whole family (including mom!) for the big reveal of his portrait at the legendary restaurant. Weber was tickled pink by the portrait, but nobody enjoyed the ceremony more than sons Jack and Alfie (as you’ll see).
