Toasting the Opening of Kirsten Childs' Miracle Brothers
Was the opening for Kirsten Childs' new off-Broadway musical Miracle Brothers a magical success? It sure felt like it! The show, which opened on September 18 at the Vineyard Theatre, weaves together a moving story line with the spiciness of Brazilian music and storytelling. After the opening night performance, the cast--led by Tyler Maynard, Clifton Oliver and Kerry Butler--headed to Union Bar to toast creator Childs, director Tina Landau and choreographer Mark Dendy.
