Atop 30 Rock on Monday, April 30, the Atlantic Theater Company held their annual spring benefit at the Rainbow Room and honored one of their founding ensemble members, Academy Award winner Mary Steenburgen, and her two-time Emmy Award-winning hubby, Cheers star Ted Danson. Alongside Atlantic's Artistic Director Neil Pepe and School Executive Director Mary McCann, an array of showbiz notables were on hand to salute the talented duo and continue to support the invaluable 22-year old theater company, which this season alone produced both the critically lauded (and much-extended) production of founding father David Mamet's The Voysey Inheritance as well as the smash hit Broadway transfer of Duncan Sheik and Steven Sater's daring new musical Spring Awakening. We were only too happy to join the crowd, raise a glass and say, "Cheers!"
