Singing Patty Griffin Along the Ride, 10 Million Miles Arrives at Atlantic
Keith Bunin's new musicale 10 Million Miles, featuring the songs of country-rock recording star Patty Griffin, pulled into the Atlantic Theater Company's home base playhouse in Chelsea on June 14. Telling the story of an east coast road trip taken in a beat-up Chevy pick-up by a newly-founded friendship between two 20-somethings and the collection of characters they encounter along the way, 10 Million Miles' stars Light in the Piazza's Matthew Morrison and Grosse Point TV starlet Irene Molloy in the central roles, with Third Watch regular Skipp Sudduth and the Emmy Award-winning TV and film star Mare Winningham—making her New York stage debut—portraying the multiple folks they meet.
