The complete Broadway cast of the highly anticipated new musical Billy Elliot came together on July 28 at the Little Shubert Theatre on West 42nd Street (where rehearsals are off and running in preparation for the show's November 13 opening) to meet the press for the first time since assembling in the Big Apple.
