Birdie Blue's Opening Night Bash
Cheryl L. West's Birdie Blue had a starry opening night on June 23. The play, which stars Law & Order's S. Epatha Merkerson as the tough, funny and big-hearted Birdie Blue, is a lyrical and jazzy reflection on love, marriage and the passage of time.
