Broadway's Bye Bye Birdie doensn't just mark the first revival of the classic musical since its 1960 debut. It's also the first production at the 91-year-old Henry Miller's Theater since the 2004 overhaul of the the space, which declared itself the first environmentally-friendly "green" theater on Broadway back in May 2009. But while the theater itself is in tip-top shape, one place in still needed a little splash of personality: Bye Bye Birdie star John Stamos' dressing room. Stamos is a man of many talents, but he'll be the first to admit that interior design is best left to the professionals--enter HGTV handyman and Carter Can host Carter Oosterhouse. We followed the camera-friendly designer and carpenter as he transformed Stamos' spartan space into a room fit for one of Broadway's leading men.
