Soon after John Doyle's revisionist revival of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's Company opened on Broadway, its tribe of actor-musicians headed over to the Sear Sound Studios in midtown Manhattan to record their original cast album, scheduled for release by Nonesuch Records in the spring. We captured some exclusive shots of the artists at work on December 18 as they sang and played their hearts out—for the record.
