Revered for its treatment of the classics, on December 2, Lincoln Center Theater opened Mark Lamos' lavish production of Shakespeare's dark tale of warring royal powers and the deceptions of romantic love
Cymbeline. With stage legend John Cullum as the King Cymbeline, the play stars Martha Plimpton in the leading role of his adventurous daughter Imogen, with British hunk Jonathan Cake, TV fave John Pankow and Tony winners Michael Cerveris and Phylicia Rashad rounding out the major roles. After the opening night bows, we joined the starry company for a toast at Tavern on the Green. Check it out.
