“Sexy” isn’t the first word associated with the plays of Eugene O’Neill, but from what we hear, it definitely applies to the forthcoming Broadway revival of
Desire Under the Elms. The tragic love triangle in this classic play is being brought to life by
Brian Dennehy,
Carla Gugino and
Pablo Schreiber, under the direction of O’Neill expert Robert Falls. The company gathered on the mezzanine at the St. James Theatre on April 7 to preview the play and pose for photos. Take a look—because the next time you see these stars, they’ll be in 1850s farm garb.
