In this comedic drama, a woman is found wandering in Chicago, her feet swollen and blistered. Doctors recognize this as a symptom of the "fugue" state of amnesia, where the victim is running away from an unbearable memory. The young psychiatrist treating her is running from his own demons as well - terrified that by making her remember - he'll be repeating his own mistake.
Leonara Thuna's play is the winner of American Theatre Critics Award for Best Play in Regional Theatre and is directed here by Tony Award-winning actress Judith Ivey.
