In the Studio: Max Crumm, Laura Osnes & New Stars of Grease Record Original Cast Album
On August 16, Max Crumm, Laura Osnes and the fresh new cast of the Broadway revival of that old crowd pleaser Grease stepped into the Legacy Recording Studios in midtown Manhattan to record a new original cast album of their show, which officially opens August 19 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Guided by their Tony Award-winning director/choreographer Kathleen Marshall (and her trusty musical director Kimberly Grigsby, late of Spring Awakening), the company stepped up, sang out and had a blast.
