Grey Gardens marked its 100th Broadway performance on February 7 with some special onstage visitors. After the show, the cast greeted kids from the Boys & Girls Club of Queens and reps from the ASPCA, who brought along adorable, adoptable kittens (a salute to the 52 felines who lived with Edith and Edie Beale in East Hampton). In honor of the musical's success, the producers presented 100 cans of cat food, 100 cat toys, 100 bags of kitty litter and 100 show tickets to the ASPCA and 100 pairs of Converse sneakers, 100 basketballs, 100 jump ropes and 100 show tickets to the Boys & Girls Club. To top off the unusual celebration, the company and guests enjoyed slices of cake. Cheers,
Grey Gardens!
