The hit musical Hairspray is continuing to enjoy a successful national tour, so when the show stopped in Philadelphia this month, Broadway.com had to check out Tracy and the gang. We caught up with longtime tour star Keala Settle, who plays Tracy Turnblad, and her new stage parents J.P. Dougherty (Edna Turnblad) and Jim J. Bullock (Wilbur Turnblad).
