High Fidelity Hosts a Hip, Happening Opening
With an up-to-the-minute pop score by the Broadway debuting team of Tom Kitt and Amanda Green (that's Adolph's little girl, for you theater insiders), the musical adaptation of the popular film and novel High Fidelity opened on Broadway Thursday, December 7, at the Imperial Theatre. After its young, talented cast—led by Lennon standout Will Chase and Urban Cowboy babe Jenn Colella—took their curtain calls, the company and their opening night guests hopped over to the world famous Roseland to party.
