The Helen Hayes Theatre housed a fiesta celebrating the 100th performance of Latinologues on December 15. The comic show, a collection of monologues about the Latino experience in America, was created and written by Rick Najera and directed by seasoned joker Cheech Marin. Amidst colorful lighting and smiling faces, Mayor Bloomberg's Deputy Press Secretary, Silvia Alvarez, presented a letter of recognition to the company. The festivities also included a performance by a Mariachi band. Ole!
