Based on the 1960 film by Roger Corman and featuring a book by Howard Ashman, music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Ashman, Little Shop follows meek plant store attendant Seymour, his co-worker crush Audrey, her sadistic dentist of a boyfriend and the man-eating plant that threatens them and the world as we know it.
"Fabulous show full of humor and fun tunes. The cast had amazing vocals. I loved the old off broadway vibe of the theatre. Our seats were far left of stage (aisle E) and we had a perfect view.
There were a lot of children in the audience aged 10+, but due to Audrey 2 eating humans I would not have brought a child under 14. The scenes are humorous so a more mature child might fair well."

"I grew up watching the movie knowing the songs and laughing at the innuendos but this play brought to life that movie in a way that didn't cheat the experience. The actors in this play are AMAZING like the vocals crazy the acting amazing AMAZING! Then you have the artist who created the set and boom alive the movie came. "We loved this show! The smaller theatre makes it feel really intimate and there's not a bad view in the house. The singing sounds incredible, we especially loved Ronnette, Chiffon and Crystal. The actors and how they interact with Audrey 2 is so funny. We loved Audrey 2's sass. If you don't know the story there is so light swearing and some domestic violence is implied but fine for us.
