A Merry Opening for Memory House

Kathleen Tolan's Memory House opened at Playwrights Horizons on May 17. The two-hander features award-winning actress Dianne Wiest playing opposite newcomer Natalia Zvereva in this mother-daughter drama that examines the global ties that bind family to state and state to family. After the opening night performance, the cast, director David Esbjornson and members of the extended Playwrights Horizons family gathered at the West Bank Cafe to celebrate.
