Toasting the Opening of Christopher Durang's Miss Witherspoon

Christopher Durang is serving up another one of his unpredictable plays. The playwright's Miss Witherspoon, directed by Emily Mann, opened at Playwrights Horizons on November 29. The comedy takes the main character Veronica, played by Kristine Nielsen, on a journey to the netherworld where she meets a Hindu spirit guide. After the opening night performance, the cast and several Playwrights folk headed to the nearby West Bank Café. Cheers!
