Redwood, Idina Menzel and cast magnificent

"I saw Redwood on April 12th. I loved it. I love Idina Menzel and she was amazing! It is a modern musical using video screens and a simple but very effective set design, especially with regard to the redwood tree! The vocal talent starting with Idina and including all 4 other members of the cast was incredible. The range, the harmony the emotion...took my breath away. I laughed, I cried, I enjoyed every minute! BRAVO! Must see!"

Who Needs Therapy? Just bring a tissue.

"The cast was so talented and the roles they played suited them perfectly. …and did I mention those voices! Wow! Hard to pick who I liked best; they were all THAT good! The story line starts out a bit chaotic and in pieces, like a puzzle, but it slowly all comes together in the end to form one beautiful picture that everyone can relate to on some level. Makes you want to run out and hug a tree! Loved it! "

AMAZING!!!

"Walking into the theatre, I did not know what to expect with the show. Having LED projection screens everywhere made me question due to lack of physical props and scene changes. From the opening number, I was hooked! The story line, singing, and projections were amazing. I was actually in the Redwood forest! Would go back again to see Redwood just to fully experience the magic."

"Show was great would recommend to anyone. The subject matter was a little difficult but was handled well. Anyone dealing with these issues would benefit from seeing this performance. Loss is always a difficult thing especially when it is a child and so young. Addiction is also very difficult to deal with but needs to be talked about and discussed in the open. They did a great job with this musical and the central message. "
