Rock of Ages had a ball for its 100th performance anniversary on July 3—literally! The show celebrated with its own personal subway series, bringing in pro players from the Mets and Yankees to help them hit some serious high notes. Representing the Yankees: heavy hitter Johnny Damon, catcher Francisco Cervelli and pitcher David Robertson. Not to be outdone, the Mets dugout donated center fielder Carlos Beltran and first baseman Carlos Delgado. And New York wasn’t the only team represented either. The Toronto Blue Jays’ Kevin Millar also flew down to help the local baseball boys root for Broadway’s home team. We’re guessing a night on the Sunset Strip with the gang of Rock of Ages was a win for all parties involved. Click here to hit the celebration with some Major League guests!
