Rock of Ages Parties On (and On and On…) at Rockin’ Broadway Debut

There are musicals. There’s rock and roll. There are even rock musicals. And then there’s Broadway’s newest addition, Rock of Ages, which manages to proudly represent and lampoon all three with rocking, outrageous flair. The new and improved production, showcasing tunes from chart-toppers like Styx, Bon Jovi and Poison, officially had its rollicking opening night on Broadway April 7, ending the winding journey that has brought the 80’s rock phenomenon from Los Angeles to off-Broadway to the Great White Way.
