Savion Glover, the legendary American tap dancer, actor, and choreographer makes his 54 Below debut. After making his Broadway debut in The Tap Dance Kid at the age of 12, he has gone on to perform and choreograph all over the world in theater, television and film. The winner of the 1996 Tony Award for best choreography for Bring in ‘Da Noise, Bring in ‘Da Funk, the New York Times says, “He appears more than ever to be today’s answer to Fred Astaire…a natural star whose charisma lies not in a fixed persona but a fluid mutability, he seems to be always reinventing himself before our eyes.” Come be enchanted by the sight and sounds of Savion Glover up close and in person as he taps the intimate 54 Below stage for the first time.
