your season! The cast of Mamet's forthcoming revival of
Speed-the-Plow is gearing up for Broadway, and if a September 9 meet and greet with stars Jeremy Piven, Elisabeth Moss and Raul Esparza was any indication, this one is not to be missed. The trio of troupers waxed poetic about Mamet's stellar script and the play's searing comic edge, while director Neil Pepe (the Atlantic Theater Company's longtime artistic director, who will be making his Broadway directorial debut) sang his cast's praises, promising a sassier (and, as producer Jeffrey Richards said, "sexier") production than the one which famously starred Madonna 20 years ago.
