Ethan Hawke & Billy Crudup Set Sail for Utopia as Lincoln Center Epic Opens
No wonder Tom Stoppard called the first installment of The Coast of Utopia "Voyage": By the time audiences finish their journey through this three-part epic at Lincoln Center's Vivian Beaumont Theatre, they'll have experienced almost nine hours of 19th-century Russian intellectual history. Judging by the mood at the "Voyage" opening night party on November 27, the enormous cast—including Ethan Hawke, Billy Crudup, Brian F. O'Byrne, Richard Easton, Amy Irving and Jennifer Ehle—is thrilled to be part of the trip. Broadway.com joined the throngs at Tavern on the Green to help them celebrate.
