Homework Done, The History Boys Head for the Opening Night Party!
There were no school uniforms in sight as the The History Boys, one of the season's most anticipated new plays, celebrated its Broadway opening on April 23 at Tavern on the Green. After a triumphant opening night performance at the Broadhurst Theatre, the stars—all transplants from the acclaimed National Theatre production in London—were ready to raise a glass to the success of Alan Bennett's thought-provoking drama, set in a British boys' school.
