Think you know every word to every song ever associated with hit musical Wicked? Well, you might be wrong, as benefit concert The Yellow Brick Road Not Taken, which celebrated the show’s fifth anniversary, proved on October 27 at the Gershwin Theatre. The star-studded event featured cut songs and scenes (including numbers like “The Emerald City Stomp,” replaced in the finished production by “Dancing Through Life”) from early drafts of the blockbuster, debuting at the one-night-only event (all proceeds went to Bette Midler’s very worthy New York Restoration Project). The concert welcomed Wicked alums Shoshana Bean, Stephanie J. Block, Michelle Federer, Kate Reinders and Jennifer Laura Thompson, as well as guest performers Ashanti, The View’s Joy Behar, Sex and the City’s Mario Cantone, Gossip Girl’s Matthew Settle, Ugly Betty’s Mark Indelicato,
