Stars of Xanadu Skate into Recording Studio for Original Cast Album
Continuing their streak of "I Love the '80s" fun at the Helen Hayes Theatre, Kerry Butler, Cheyenne Jackson and the stars of Xanadu rolled into midtown Manhattan's Avitar Studio on Monday, October 29, to record the new original Broadway cast album of their retro chic hit. Produced by PS Classics, the record is due in stores January 8, 2008. Grooving on that delicious songlist from Jeff Lynne and John Farrar of Electric Light Orchestra—including such former Billboard toppers as "Evil Woman," "Suddenly," "All Over the World" and the title song—we listened in at Avitar and took a bunch of photos for your pleasure.
