Benji Santiago is overjoyed to be making his Broadway debut in The Notebook. He trained at Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, and recently starred as Usnavi in In The Heights at The Muny. He is incredibly grateful for his family, friends, and his team at CESD for believing in this dream. Thank you, Mom!

Aisha hails from College Park, Georgia, where she grew up singing with her family. She’s always yearned to use her God-given gifts to spread joy and inspiration. Shows that have allowed her to do so are Paradise Square (OBC), Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Waitress (OBC), and Frozen (OBC), where she made history as the first Black woman to portray Anna on Broadway. She desires to continue creating roles for Black women to lead and shine bright on Broadway because representation matters! Voice-over: Central Park (Apple TV), Melon’s House Party (Wondery Kids). TV: recurring roles on both Manifest and Dr. Death; others include New Amsterdam, The Knick; Chicago Med, Law and Order franchise, Star Trek: The Next Generation. Plunkett is a founding member of Portland Stage Company and is a coach and mentor. She has performed in Shakespeare, Chekhov, and as narrator with the Britten Sinfonia.
