"I loved this show. I'm a little biased because I am a fan of Jordan Fisher and was so excited to see him perform on stage as he's so talented but I was blown away by the rest of the cast as well. Going into Hadestown I had limited knowledge of the content of the play but I thought it was very entertaining and that the music and staging worked extremely well for the storytelling. With such a limited cast, I know that this show can change a lot depending on who's on stage which only makes me want to see it over and over again to see what other actors bring to the characters. I guess that's something to be said about most shows but again, I think with so few folks on stage, it really makes a difference here. The performance I saw was extremely soulful (which I loved and probably prefer, Maya Reficco brought so much heart and strength to Eurydice) but I suspect other lineups would change the flavor completely. With that being said, I'd also just love to see this cast again as they did such a great job."

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this performance. I had listened to the songs and seen some clips before attending, but wow did it impress me to see it in person. Very talented actors and musicians supported by a very well put together set and costume design. You can tell everything was so intentionally designed to enhance the experience of the performance. It was never just a table or a box, every prop had purpose and the cast interacted with everything so beautifully. If you know the Greek story, you know how it ends. But the way this show ended still stung so deeply and made the audience have to seriously question their own morals and perceptions. "
