Playwrights Horizons Opens WWII Drama The Retributionists

Hot on the heels of movies such as Defiance and Inglourious Basterds comes The Retributionists, a new play about young Jews plotting to take revenge in Germany after the suffering they endured during World War II. Daniel Goldfarb’s drama opened at the off-Broadway company’s Mainstage Theater on September 14, and as usual, lots of Playwrights Horizons alums came out to support Goldfarb, director Leigh Silverman and their talented young cast.
