Our Town, the timeless drama of life in the village of Grover’s Corners, New Hampshire, has become an American classic with universal appeal. Thornton Wilder’s most frequently performed play, Our Town appeared on Broadway in 1938 to wide acclaim and won the Pulitzer Prize. This production will be the first major Broadway revival of the play in nearly 25 years.
"Do not miss this show. Zoey Deutch as Emily cannot be surpassed. Just a joy to behold. Such real and tender emotion in her performance. Such depth and resonance. Jim Parsons and Richard Thomas are perfect as are the rest of the ensemble. Billy Eugene Jones and Ephraim Sykes as well. And Katie Holmes! What a cast. BEAUTIFULLY directed and lit. This will have an impact on me for many months to come. "

"I would take the whole family to this play. It was powerful, full of love of people, our country, and a reminder of how important it is to love and be present to every moment in each other's lives. Timeless!"

"The show was wonderful. Jim Parsons and the rest of the cast were fantastic and portrayed the classic story in a beautiful and powerful way. With simple sets and no props the actors were really able to shine. "

"I loved the sparce scenery and the miming of things like stirring a coffee or picking weeds. The synchronized stillness of the cast and of course the comical take on the narration ."

"This production is a slow burn--don't be fooled by the Stage Manager's folksy demeanor or the amateurish miming of daily chores that introduce the audience to life in Grover's Corners at the start of Act 1. The simple act of making breakfast or delivering milk become fraught with texture as the residents of Grover's Corners confront the inevitable milestones of life--and whatever comes after life. Wilder requires the performer to turn from humor to gravitas at the drop of a dime, and there is no shortage of standout performances, thanks in particular to Donald Webber Jr. as Simon Stimpson, Michelle Wilson as Mrs. Gibbs, and Zoey Deutch as Emily Webb. A haunting and timely revival. "
